Tournament Credit

Hancock Golf Course

 

All contestants competing at Hancock Golf Course in tournaments where prizes are awarded in Tournament Credit entered this competition with the express understanding that these prizes could ONLY be redeemed in merchandise and/or golf car rental.

 

While the expectation was that the Tournament Credit would be redeemed in a timely manner, in some instances we have carried this Tournament Credit for a considerable time.

 

All Tournament Credit MUST be redeemed by 30 November, 2011.

 

Any Tournament Credit still on the books after this date

will be forfeited for bookkeeping expenses.

 

Persons currently possessing Tournament Credit at Hancock may use this to purchase merchandise available in the Pro Shop. 

 

If you do not find what you need, we will order golf equipment for you from any of the golf companies we are affiliated with.  (Ping, Callaway, Cleveland, TaylorMade, Titleist, Bridgestone)  Any order must be made on or before 1 October, 2011 and is subject to availability. 

 

Thank you for allowing us to serve you over three decades.  We look forward to a smooth transition as the day to day operation of Hancock moves exclusively to the City of Austin.
